Sea-Alliance Group Announces its Third Successful Sale of Sunseeker Superyacht Black and White
The Sea-Alliance Group has announced the sale of 34m Sunseeker Black and White. It is the third time the Gibraltar-based international yacht broker has been involved in a successful transaction for this highly-customised and immaculately maintained version of the popular motor yacht series.
In a deal officially finalised on 21st July, Sea-Alliance Group represented the new buyer, in cooperation with Foulques de Raigniac from Moana Yachting for the seller.
Sea-Alliance Group also sold the yacht to the first owner in 2010 and represented the seller when the current Black and White owner completed the purchase in 2015.
On the market for €4.9m, Black and White is currently lying in the Western Mediterranean.

This is certainly a testament to the Sunseeker build quality.
“It is well known that the market is booming and demand is high, but transactions and completions are now more complicated because of COVID. Coordinating surveyors, the registration process and the other transactions involved in an international deal with the current travel restrictions is challenging and time consuming. We are therefore really happy to conclude this deal for Black and White on time and to the satisfaction of all parties.”
Built in GRP by UK builder Sunseeker International with naval architecture by Don Shead, Black and White is a unique and immaculately maintained 2010 vessel with semi-customised interior design by Philip Stark with stunning furnishings by Fendi and a comprehensive specification.
The dramatic accommodation of Black and White has exceptional detail in the American walnut interior, while the customised sundeck is complete with Jacuzzi, bar and tropical misting system. Her five staterooms provide generous guest accommodation for 10 guests. The impressive inventory includes a full B&O sound system throughout, comprehensive navigation and communications systems and every amenity for the owner and guests to enjoy luxury cruising and long-distance passage making in comfort and safety.
Black and White has been one of the Sea-Alliance Group's star charter performers in the Mediterranean in past years due to its eye-catching styling and well managed crew.
