Fischer Panda UK Announces Partnership with Fuel Cell Systems Ltd to Supply Eco-Friendly EFOY Product Range
Fischer Panda UK, a leading provider of innovative power solutions, is excited to announce a strategic partnership with Fuel Cell Systems as UK distributor of the EFOY range of fuel cell power generators.
This eco-friendly solution for additional power requirements onboard mobile applications is the ideal option for customers looking for green power generation. As the exclusive distributor of EFOY products to the UK marine market, Fischer Panda UK is delighted to add this innovative and reliable power system to their portfolio of power solutions for leisure vessels.
EFOY fuel cells use Direct Methanol Fuel Cell (DMFC) technology which turns chemical energy directly into electrical energy as part of a quiet and clean process. The fuel cells use methanol from a specially developed fuel cartridge and combine it with oxygen from the air to generate electricity. Besides electricity, the only by-products are a small amount of heat, water vapor, and a little carbon dioxide. This makes the process very efficient and environmentally friendly.
EFOY’s unique system uses methanol fuel cells to produce clean continuous power to the vessel or vehicle’s onboard equipment without the need to rely on the engine. Levels of power generated are comparable to those harnessed by alternative sources such as solar generated power, although EFOY’s system does not need to rely on good weather to charge. The system constantly monitors the battery voltage, only supplying power when needed to meet ancillary power requirements of onboard systems.
Fischer Panda UK also stocks the replacement fuel cartridges for the system and they are very easy to reorder and replace.
