Dometic: Southampton Boat Show: Dometic Introduces New CFX 95DZ2 Coolbox with Two Compartments for Cooling and Freezing

Dometic is introducing the new WAECO CoolFreeze CFX 95DZ2 powerful compressor coolbox for even more flexible cooling and deep-freezing options when storing food and drink on-board.
The quiet and efficient CFX 95DZ2 has separate compartments with their own digital displays so users can choose to have a fridge and a freezer, or two fridges or two freezers.
Offering excellent cooling performance even with high outside temperatures, the desired temperature can be accurately set to any level between +10°C and -22°C. Both compartments have their own separate lid to minimise cooling loss when the box is opened.
For optimal protection of sensitive food products, users have the option of using the Wi-Fi function to set and check the temperature via a convenient smartphone app.
At about 85 litres in capacity, the coolbox is ideal for larger boats. It is supplied with three removable wire baskets and detachable carrying handles
Dometic has also added the new 28-litre compact WAECO CoolFreeze CFX 28 to its range of coolboxes.
The CFX 28 is an extra-slim, high performance compressor cooler which deep freezes up to -22°C. Similar to the existing models in the CFX high-tech series, the durable and lightweight CFX 28 is fitted with reinforced corners, stainless steel hinges, a hard-wearing lid coating and sturdy fold-away handles.
Offering boaters versatility and flexibility for storing food and drink in a mobile coolbox, the WAECO CoolFreeze CFX range provides excellent cooling and freezing results and features specially-developed high-performance compressors and extra strong insulation, allowing very low energy consumption.
CoolFreeze CFX coolers accept any energy supply from 12 to 240 volts and feature a three-stage battery monitor and an electronic thermostat with a digital temperature readout which keeps food and drinks cool with one-degree accuracy. A USB port recharges low-power devices, and a detachable lid fitted with a non-slip rubber mat is ready to serve as an extra table on board. They are also suitable for solar operation.
