We are pleased to invite you to our clients’ ACR Electronics and Ocean Signal’s METSTRADE Press Event for the world preview of the DAME nominated ACR Electronics GlobalFix V5 AIS EPIRB and Ocean Signal rescueME PLB3 AIS Personal Locator Beacon.
ACR Electronics’ Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Management Mikele D’Arcangelo and the team will be on hand to provide a full product overview and answer questions. We will share the latest updates on approvals and availability. Press information, images and product specifications will be available for all attendees.
The ACR GlobalFix V5 is the world’s first mobile connected AIS EPIRB with Return Link Service (RLS). This EPIRB combines AIS, NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, GNSS positioning, 406 MHz Cospas-Sarsat distress signals with Return Link service and 121.5 MHz local homing.
The Ocean Signal PLB3 Personal Locator Beacon delivers a comprehensive communication link to emergency services in the event of a Man Overboard emergency, even if the survivor is incapacitated. In an industry first, this mobile connected compact unit integrates GNSS positioning, 406 MHz, 121.5 MHz signals and AIS transmissions, as well as the new Galileo Return Link Service (RLS).
