Media invitation: Safety at sea specialists launch new products
New at METSTRADE, ACR Electronics is revealing its DAME-nominated ResQLink View RLS personal locator beacon.
Using the Galileo Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Return Link alerting technology, it is the world’s first PLB with the capability to provide the user with a clear confirmation message via a digital display screen, verifying that the international satellite system Cospas-Sarsat has received their distress message and location.
ACR Electronics is also showing the new ACR Bivy Stick two-way satellite messenger and app - the world’s smallest and most simple satellite communication device.
Both ACR and Ocean Signal can provide further insight into the latest safety products, including their next gen EPIRBs to meet the 2022 AIS mandate.
